HWP-120 Firewood Processors
One person can process a cord or more an hour, with logs up to 15’ in diameter and 12’ long, from the safety and comfort of their cab.
3 Choices — One Great Processor
HWP-120 Adjustable
The HWP-120 Adjustable can be attached to most skid steers, tractors, loaders and excavators. Its wedges can be interchanged with 2-, 4- or 6-way wedges available. Wedge height is also adjustable.
When attached to a host machine, the HWP-120 can go to the logs, lift a log, transport it to the firewood pile or container, cut it to length, split it and discharge the firewood. You control the entire process from the safety and comfort of your cab.
HWP-120 Fixed
The HWP-120 Fixed can be attached to most skid steers, tractors, loaders and excavators. Its wedges cannot be interchanged, nor can the wedge height.
When attached to a host machine, the HWP-120 can go to the logs, lift a log, transport it to the firewood pile or container, cut it to length, split it and discharge the firewood. You control the entire process from the safety and comfort of your cab.
HWP-120 TR
No Host, No Problem!
The HWP-120 TR is a stand-alone firewood processor with all of the characteristics of the other HWP-120s. Its 38 HP motor powers the processor to full HWP-120 performance. Its trailer helps you take it to where you need firewood, so you can process firewood when you need it.
The HWP-120 TR can lift a log, transport it to the firewood pile or container, cut it to length, split it and discharge the firewood.
Because they can process a logger’s cord or more per hour from 15” diameter, 12’ logs, the HWP-120s are a great solution for residential or commercial heating.
Key Features
- Single-Operator Operation: The HWP-120 does three jobs with one machine, enabling a single operator to process more wood in less time.
- Simple Controls: Lift a log onto the deck, clamp it down with the grab arm and cut it to length. Once the cut piece falls into place, it’s immediately split by the wedge.
- On-the-Go Convenience: Take the HWP-120s directly to the source — their mobile design lets you bring the processor into the woods, eliminating the need to transport heavy logs to a stationary splitter.
- Direct Loading: Process firewood directly into your truck or trailer, eliminating the need for additional handling and saving you valuable time.
- Quick Attach/Detach Mounting: Effortlessly attach and detach the processor to your skid steer, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
